Academy Enrollment Fees includes books, ACSI membership and
testing.
ANNUAL
TUITION
Fees
include academy attendance from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
excluding scheduled breaks and holidays. Extended care
is available at additional cost.

RULES AND PROCEDURES
Proclaim academy does not discriminate on the basis of race,
gender, national or ethnic origin in its admissions,
employment or school related activities.
All
student application and fee payment must be complete prior
to Admission. An interview with the student is required
before admittance.
Student with behavior referrals from previous schools will
not be admitted.
PCA
does not have the staff
or resources to provide special education needs for the
profoundly learning disabled or the behavior disabled
learner.
Documents for
registration include:

a copy
of Student’s Social Security card

birth
Certificate
-
immunization
records, and dental, vision hearing examination.

academic report, attendance records and standardized
test scores from last school attended.
